Return Policy

At LRT, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty documents, and proof of purchase. The product must not show signs of misuse, physical damage caused by the customer, or unauthorized repair.
